CLINICAL FACILITIE AVAILABLE DEPARTMENT WISE

PAEDIATRICS

The department provides Out-patient & In Patient services to the patients ranging from age group of new born to adult. The department also runs Inte4nsive Care Units such as Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) & Septic Intensive Care Unit (SICU) for treating critically ill children. These Intensive Care Units are provided with Centralised AC & controlled air change per hour and are equipped with lifesaving equipments like Ventilators, Multipara Monitors, Syringe Pumps etc.,. The NICU & SICU are equipped with Warmers, Open care Systems & Pulse Oxymeters.

The department is staffed with very well experienced Paediatric specialists, Patients with severe Falciparum Malaria presenting with deteriorating consciousness, coma, status epilepticus, bleeding manifestations, respiratory distress including bacterial & viral pneumonias, bronchiolitis, bronchial asthma are being successfully managed & cured. The team of paediatricians & consultants with expertise in various branches of the Medical Sciences have successfully managed patients with conditions like Type1 Diabetes Mellitus with Diabetic Ketoacidosis. Besides these the department also gives treatment to patients with GB syndrome, Steven Johnson syndrome, Cavernous Sinus Thrombosis & meningococcal Septicaemia.

Pre-mature babies or babies or babies with extremely low birth weight are being kept & treated in the NICU by our well trained & experienced Neonatologist.

GENERAL & LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY

All kinds of General & Laparoscopic surgeries are operated. Our Operation Theatre Comprised is comprised of 4 OT’s designed & equipped with the state-of-the-art technology. OT No. 1 is for Neurological/Orthopaedic surgeries and is equipped with Arthroscopies & C-Arm, OT No. 2 is for General/ Plastic/Laparoscopic/ Endoscopic surgeries, OT No. 3 is for Gynaecological & Obstetrics Cases/Labour OT and OT No. 4 is reserved for surgeries of infected cases. Adjacent to Emergency Department we have a minor OT.

The operation Theatre Complex consists of Laminar Air flow & Hepa filters, Anaesthesia Work Station with Ventilator etc. Attached to Operation Theatre Complex is Post –Operative Recovery Rooms with Central Oxygen and suction and alert team of Medical & Nursing staffs round the clock.

The department is staffed by Senior Consultant Surgeons and is equipped with ultra-modern surgical facilities. The surgeries includes- Gall bladder stones, Bile duct stones, Hiatus hernia, Peptic ulcer, Appendicitis, Incisional hernia, rectal prolapsed, Inguinal hernias , Small & Large Intestines benign and malignancies diseases etc. Other types of surgeries done includes- Neurosurgery, Paediatric surgery & Urosurgery.

OBSTETRICS & GYNAECOLOGY

The OBG department offers a comprehensive range of In-patient & Out- patient services. The department is comprised of a Hi—Tech Labour OT equipped with Foetal Doppler, CTG & Foetal Resuscitation. Genetic Counselling, Routine PAP Smear, Ovarian Cancer Screening, Painless labour by Epidural Analgesia & Foetal monitoring are also provided.

Besides these the department also provides Antenatal & Postnatal care, High risk pregnancy care, Laparoscopic Gynaecological tests, 24 hours normal & caesarean delivery and Diagnostic Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy.

TEST TUBE BABY CENTRE

The IVF Unit was established to facilitate the childless couples. The unit is staffed with most experienced, trained & dedicated team of specialists. The services provided by the unit are Patient interviews & counselling, Non-invasive investigation like routine pathological tests, hormone Assays, Immunological test, Karyotyping, Microbiological cultures & detailed semen analysis, X-Rays-HSG, Ultrasonography & Doppler USG (for Sonosapirngography & monitoring of treatment cycles) and Fertility enhancing Endoscopic Surgery.

All treatment modalities include IUI, IVF-ET, ICSI, LAH, TESA/MESA/PESA, Sperm Banking & Cryopesevation.

DENTAL & COSMETIC DENTISTRY

The Dental Department provides Out-patient services to the patient suffering from all kinds of problems related to teeth, Routine checkups like computerized dental clinic, Filling, X-ray, Root canal treatment, Cleaning & polishing of teeth, surgical tooth extraction are carried out by the department Specialized treatments like restoration of broken teeth, filling & space between two teeth & treatment of stained and malposed teeth & Cosmetic Dentistry are also dealt with.

ORTHOPAEDICS

The department extends Out-patient & In-Patient services to the patients having problems in the bones & joints. The department also runs a 24 hrs Trauma Care Centre which provides emergency care.

A complete orthopaedic care ranging from conservative treatment to sophisticated & skilled surgeries like Joint Replacement, Hip Replacement, Arthroscopy Surgeries (of knee , ankle, shoulder, elbow & wrist for sports person), Total joint replacement (for hip, knee, shoulder & elbows), Revision joint replacements, Old maltreated fracture and its repair , spinal surgeries ( including traumatic paraplegia, scoliosis, spinal trauma tuberculosis & disc prolapsed), Paediatric orthopaedic surgeries, Geriatric Orthopaedic surgeries ( including fracture of hip, spine ankle& wrist) and recocstr5uctive surgeries & rehabilitation ( for Polio, CP & other Neurological disorders).

NON- INVASIVE CARDIOLOGY

The department provides Out-patient & In-patient services to the patients. We have a fully state-of-the- art equipped Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) for the critically ill patients with single or multiple organ failure requiring ventilator support and close monitoring round the clock.

NEPHROLOGY

The department provides Out-patient & In-patient services to the patients. Besides this the department also provides Haemodialysis, Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) to the patients suffering from chronic renal disorders. The Dialysis Unit comprises of 4 beds with each Haemodialysis machine an RO water supply facility.

PATHOLOGY

Pathology Laboratory services provide a wide range of investigations and comprise of the following disciplines;

  • BIOCHEMISTRY
  • IMMUNOASSAY
  • HAEMATOLOGY

In Biochemistry the lab deals with the chemistry of body fluids such as blood, urine, CSF, ascetic fluid, pleural fluid, drainage fluid etc. Lipid profile, LFT, Diabetes stats are carried out on a routine basis. Lab services are available round the clock. Lab also provides Hormone assay, Immunological & Hematological tests.

We have an affiliation with TEJAS MICROBILOBLOGY CENTRE,ISHITA PATHOLOGY, CYTOCARE, DR.LAB PATH and SRL DIAGNOSTIC etc for the Microbiological and Histopathological tests respectively. The samples are collected at our Lab and sent to these above mentioned Labs for required tests.

RADIOLOGY

In the Radiology department the facilities provided are as follows

  • CT Scan (SIEMENS 32 SLICE)
  • X-Ray (500MA)
  • Ultrasound
  • Color Doppler with cardiac probe for both adult & paediatrics
  • Electro Cardio Graph (ECG)

For MRI services of KRITI SCANNING RADIODIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, ALLAHABAD is utilized.

PAEDIATRIC SURGERY

All types of paediatric surgeries & surgeries on new born with congenital malformations such as Tracheo-esophageal fistula, Diaphragmatic hernia, Malrotation of gut, NEC with perforation peritonitis, Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis imperforate anus etc. Are performed by our team experienced Paediatric Surgeons. Also Nuerosurgeries are performed on cases with Meningomyelococele, Hyrocephalus etc.

PHYSIOTHERAPHY

The department of Physiotheraphy provided specialized mode of Out-patient services to the patients to change their Disability into Ability. It is an effective treatment of Orthopaedic or Neurological problems, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular problems, Stroke etc. Through exercise, traction & electropathy, short wave diathermy, nerve & muscle stimulation CPM etc.

MEDICAL EDUCATION & TRAINING

Guru Kripa Jagrati Hospital & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. offers three years DNB courses for Paediatrics & Orthopaedic, one seat for each disciple affiliated to National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi and also two years Dip.Ch course.
